Experience

Ms. Chanpak began her career at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP, a leading international law firm.  Based in Milbank’s Los Angeles office, Ms. Chanpak specialized in transactional and general corporate representations concentrating on: financings; mergers and acquisitions; capital markets transactions; funds; joint ventures and restructurings.  Ms. Chanpak also has experience in project financings, representing both lenders and developers.


Ms. Chanpak’s capital markets experience included advising both issuers and underwriters on transactions involving debt and equity securities, including Rule 144A / Regulation S offerings of high yield debt, SEC registered offerings, exchange offers, tender offers, and consent solicitations.

Ms. Chanpak received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Wesleyan University. Ms. Chanpak is admitted to practice in California* and New York.
